Trash Pickup
The pickup days are Monday and Thursday. The trash and recycle bins should be placed outside no earlier than 24 hours prior to service and must be returned to their place of storage on the evening of service. All containers, dumpsters, or garbage facilities shall be stored inside the garage or screened from view on the Lot and kept in a clean and sanitary condition. No noxious or offensive odors shall be permitted.
• They must be put away before the end of the day on service day.
Parking

• Please do not block anyone when parking
• Please do not park on the grass
Furry Friends
• Pet owners are responsible for their pet(s) at all times, and no more than two (2) pets are permitted per home.
• No aggressive dogs are allowed. Should any dog act in an aggressive manner towards residents or their pet(s), they will be-asked to be removed from the property.
• Owners and handlers must always carry a leash, unless behind the fence.
• Please clean up after your pet(s)!!!
Windows & AC
Florida is a great place to experience the beautiful weather, however if you have any of the windows open, you must turn of the AC. Failure to do so, will result in a $100 fine and payment of all electric over average bill. .
